At Oxygen Retreat you have several payment options to book your exotic vacation.  These are:

Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

- You will be emailed a booking no. upon approval of your reservation.

- Minimum 50% deposit plus exotic resort membership fee.

- Credit card payments are subject to a 7% surcharge.

- Full payment can me made on arrival with Cash/Travelers Check/Major Credit Card

Bank Check or Money Order Payment

- You will be emailed a booking no. upon approval of your reservation.

- Mail your payment along with your booking no. to this address:

- Payment must be made in full 30 days in advance.

Wire Order

- Must be an existing client to use this option.

- You will be emailed a booking no. upon approval of your reservation.

- Payment via bank wire is done at your bank. Contact us for wire details.

- Minimum 50% deposit plus exotic resort membership fee.

- $20 processing fee applies.

- Full payment can me made on arrival with Cash/Travelers Check/Major Credit Card

Terms and Conditions

- Flight Ticket: You are completely responsible to purchase your airline ticket from the airlines.

- Advance booking is highly recommended. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with a minimum of 21 days advance notice.

- Travelers Checks: There is a 3% surcharge on all payments made with this instrument.

- Rescheduling Fees: 21 days in advance = no charge; 14 to 20 days in advance = $150 charge; 7 to 13 days in advance = $300 charge; 2 to 6 days in advance = $450 charge. Less than 48 hours or no-show $750 charge. Note: Membership fee will not be refunded.

- Cancellation Fees: 21 days in advance = Full Refund; 14 to 20 days in advance = 75% Deposit Refunded; 7 to 13 days in advance = 50% Deposit Refunded; 2 to 6 days in advance = 25% Deposit Refunded; Less than 48 hours or no-show = No Refund.

- Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies are not valid for special events such as New Years Eve, the Hot Deals Special and Pre-Booking discounts.

- For the Hot Deals and Pre-Booking discounts, cancellation results in surrender of deposit.  However, you may reschedule these aforementioned specials for up to three months after your booked adult vacation with no penalty, provided we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice before your original booked date.

These terms and conditions are binding and are an inherent part of your purchase agreement with us.
